TYING NOTES: |
|
1. Set fly in vice, fix black thread to the bend in the hook and tie in red hackle fibres. |
|
2. Tie yellow floss and medium gold tinsel at the bend. Wrap the floss forward and tie off. |
|
3. Wrap the gold tinsel forward and tie off. Select and tie in brown hackle for the throat. |
|
4. Tie in bronze mallard fibres for the wing. Build a head with the black thread and tie off. |
