The Kalamalka Fly Fishing Club with the help of Brian Jantz a fishery technician with the Ministry of Water, Land, and Air Protection put together a fun day of fishing for the children of Vernon and surrounding area. The event took place at Polson Park at the main pond.  Rainbows in the range of 3/4 of a pound are donated by the Summerland fish hatchery, 800 were put into the pond.  
We sold Hot Dogs and Pop for the kids.
This year we had our annual Fly Rod Raffle Tickets on sale there.
